Intercept Corporation warrants, to the original purchaser, for a
period of one (1) year from product ship date for the molded kiosks with a
lifetime warranty extended to the Ultimate Promotor and KwikStand molded
base, to the extent and subject to the
limitations described in this paragraph, all Intercept Corporation
equipment sold hereunder to be free from defects in material and
workmanship if properly installed, serviced and operated under normal
conditions for which the product was intended for. Intercept
Corporation’s obligation under this warranty is limited to correcting or
replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned to
Intercept Corporation, transportation prepaid by sender, after being put
into service by the original user, if Intercept Corporation is satisfied
that the equipment was originally defective.
This warranty shall not apply to any products considered perishable, or which
have been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident, or which have been
altered by someone other than Intercept Corporation. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and no person,
agent or dealer is authorized to give any further warranties on behalf of
Intercept Corporation unless such warranty is in writing and signed by an
officer of Intercept Corporation.
Corporation is not responsible for damage or shortages that occur in
transit or storage. Customer must note any damage or shortage on the
carrier’s delivery receipt. Claims must be filed by the customer directly
with the carrier. Claims against Intercept Corporation for errors,
defects, and shortages must be in writing and be made within five (5) days
of delivery. Items damaged in shipping must be returned to the factory in
it's original shipping box/carton/container. Returns will not be accepted without written consent and
shipping instructions from Intercept Corporation.
Products returned for credit
must be requested in writing and be made within five (5) days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted without written consent and shipping
instructions from Intercept Corporation. All returns are subject to a
minimum $80.00 restocking fee or thirty percent (30%) of the purchase
price, which ever is greater. Purchaser/customer is responsible for all
shipping costs and any damages that may occur on return shipment of
Intercept Corporation reserves the right to
change these terms.
